Its operations mainly concerned the development of manufacturing documentation for industrial equipment.

Following the withdrawal of foreign production and engineering companies from the Russian market, including leading corporations in major industries, followed by loss of key jobs for professionals operating in those companies on the Russian side, TITAN Scientific and Production Association has initiated efforts to engage, consolidate and bolster available personnel resources under its umbrella.
A team of leading-industry industrialists and engineers creates TITAN International Production Consortium. Goals and objectives are formulated.
International industrial partnerships are being established in order to expand the competencies of the TITAN Consortium.
